manually/by cranes.

a) On Deputation to IRCON INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD in Bangladesh from DEC.99 to
DEC.03. Worked on Jamuna Bridge Railway link Project Contract No.2 , Bangladesh
Railway for Dual Gauge and Rehabilitation of Track and Bridges on Ishurdi-Jamtoil and
Ishurdi- Parbatipur - Section. (247KM) for three years.
 Scope of Works (Works Handled):-
 Survey and Inspection of bridges and preparing reports, & Making working drawings for
the works to be done preparation of method statements and got approved from
Consultants.
 Replacement of existing wooden sleepers of all the girder bridges with new rolled H
Beam sleepers and laying of third rail for conversion to dual gauge.
 Installation of H-Beam Sleeper on Bridges including fixing Track & Guard rails.
 Repair, replacement of corroded steel in girders, pointing, repair & rebuilding of Brick
work.
 Replacement of Span, bearings, bed plates, Anchor Bolts & nuts.
 Replacement of corroded, loose & defective rivets with bolts,
 Shot blast & painting of corroded area of the girder, bearing and bed plates.
 Removing ballast of trough girder , clean and painting the steel and reinstall ballast
 Repair concrete bridge seats and deteriorated bricks
