TUV SUD lndustrie Service GmbH is a company within TUV SOD Group. TUV
SOD lndustrie Service GmbH provides engineering, testing and consulting
services, ensuring the safety, cost-effectiveness and sustainability of plants and
systems, infrastructure facilities and buildings. From feasibility studies, planning,
construction and operation to modernization or dismantling, our approximately
2,500 employees in Germany supply objective assessments and robust
foundations for decision-making.
Mr. Mahmood was deployed as audit team leader for climate protection projects.
His area of responsibility included the following key tasks:
o Responsible for conducting validations and verifications of international
climate protection projects in compliance with UNFCCC requirements
and/or voluntary standards, e.g. VCS, VER+ and Gold Standard
o Leading international audit teams as their audit team leader, including
technical and economic responsibility

o Deputy Regional Manager with emphasis on the market development of
climate protection projects in the Middle East and Central Asia, including
Pakistan
o Project Manager for numerous validations and verifications of climate
protection projects

o Market development of voluntary climate protection projects in Turkey
o Preparation of proposals in compliance with internal requirements and
UNFCCC as well as voluntary standards
o Handling of additional tasks for the cer-tification body "Climate and Energy"

Mr. Mahmood was always highly motivated and proactive, and consistently
demonstrated great diligence and commitment. As an employee, he possessed
persistence and strong resilience, which enabled him to always perform all of his
duties very well, even under difficult circumstances.
Mr. Mahmood possesses solid expertise. He always performed his duties
independently and with utmost conscientiousness and greatest accuracy. He
consistently achieved good results in his work due to his thoughtful and efficient
working style.
Altogether Mr. Mahmood always performed his duties to our fullest satisfaction.
Mr. Mahmood's conduct towards superiors as well as towards colleagues and
customers was exempla1y at all times. Due to his cooperative and engaging style
he was both exceptionally respected and valued.
By mutual agreement, employment ends for operational reasons as of today.
