Ms Jana Motczinski, born on 27 February 1986 in Stralsund, has been employed in our company
as a project engineer since 27 October 2008.
invenio, with more than 700 employees and sites worldwide, is active as a development partner
for the automobile, investment and consumer goods industries. As an efficient engineering
partner, invenio offers its customers product and system development from the idea through to the
production stage.
Ms Motczinskiworked for our client Daimler.
Here, she supported the VANiESAI department with the following duties, among others:
o Hazard analysis of various production series
o lnitiation and furthering of the High-Voltage work group
o Methodical investigation of the systems concept
o Creation of system performance specifications and establishment of compete
o Exchange with MBC2
o Creation of an interface with training management
o Creation of a qualifications matrix for staff
o Preparation of vehicle handovers
" Support of the HV3 training
o Design of instructions
o Coordination with the training organisation
Her duties as a project engineer demanded a high measure of expertise and a con
preparedness to undergo professional development. She always fulfilled these
our utmost satisfaction.
Ms Motczinski familiarised herself very quickly and effectively with new duties, displayed rapid
powers of comprehension and a constant high level of commitment. She is very responsible and
reliable and is open-minded to new ideas.
ln doing so, she has also familiarised herself with external auxiliary equipment (Doors) and
methodologies (FMEAatlHazardAnalysis) and made intensive use of thebe.
She also gladly passed on the knowledge she gained to others.
Ms Motczinski performed her duties always very independently and with the greatest care and
accuracy.
Her behaviour towards supervisors, colleagues and also customers was always beyond reproach;
she integrated quickly into the structures and was greatly valued on account of her courteous and
friendly manner as well as her professional competence.
Ms Motczinski always finds optimal solutions for solving the problems of the work packages even
in difficult situations.
Especially worthy of mention is her work effort. Even under difficult conditions, she always
achieved the agreed goals.

Ms Motczinski met our expectations in every respect in the best possible way.
Her skill and endurance played a significantly decisive role in the success of the projects.
Ms Jana Motczinski's employment relationship was suspended from 1 November 2011 until 30
September 2013, as in this period she wanted to broaden and deepen her skills and experience
gained till now in a sojourn abroad.
Unfortunately, Ms Motczinski is leaving us at her own wish in order to pursue new professional
challenges. We regret this very much and are losing in her a highly valued employee.
We wish her for her professional as well as private life all the very best . At this point, we would also
like to sincerely thank her once again for her always very good work.
