1. How did you use new media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages By Blake Folgado

2. In order to create our outcomes to a high standard we needed to use a range of programs allowing us to do many different things which we could not achieve without them. In this slideshow I will discuss the programs used to create all our work and what role they played. introduction

3. research In order for us to research about our subject such as finding information about films, previous magazine covers as inspiration. We use Google which is the worlds most powerful search engine and is very reliable in finding data about anything needed. The other thing used to research into trailers is Youtube which Is the worlds largest video sharing site, Youtube allowed us to find film trailers about films with a similar genre to use as inspiration and guidance.

4. planning In order to plan our work we used blogger, by using using It as a blog it allowed us to always update what we have done each lesson to show progression and then we could look at what we have done and then what we need to do after. We also used blogger to show our work and constantly update it with new things we have created or in the process of creating.

5. Design One of the key programs used was Adobe Photoshop, this program allowed us edit images in fine detail and changing image properties such as brightness and contrast, it also allowed us to remove imperfections to give it a professional standard. The program used to create the poster and magazine is InDesign, this is because it is designed to be superior in the layout of image and text.

6. Feedback In order to get vital feedback of our work we all uploaded the video link to facebook and twitter, this allowed us to get maximum feedback. We used this feedbackto find problems that we did not see, these problems ranged from some bits being too quiet so they could not hear not the actors speak. Some people also noticed that the transitions between some scenes were too slow meaning some parts didn’t look smooth.

7. Evaluation In order to evaluate our work we have used Blogger, Youtube and Powerpoint. Blogger Is an effective method in creating a multimedia evaluation, it allows you to upload videos and images to help make it more interesting and let the viewer see another perspective of the text. Youtube was needed in our evaluation to upload a video response to Evaluation Question 3, we then put the video in our blog for the viewer to watch. Powerpoint was another key program used to evaluate our work, it is effective in mixing images with text using the images to make the text look less bulky
