• What I learned?
- The important thing when working abroad is to have a language skill.
- You need to be independant and willing to work anywhere in the world.
- There is no ‘right’ nor ‘wrong’ place in the world to go to
- Get to know yourself and reach out to other people
- You will get homesick eventually
- Don’t think you are better than others who do stay in your country. (e.g. Friends)

- You can’t just pack you bags and leave
- Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork and some more paperwork
- Internship in EEA (Europe)= no work visa or permit required
- Intership outside EEA (e.g. United States)= work permit & visa necessary
