2. I am going to discuss what is the
hardest part about Internet
marketing.
This will be based on my personal
experiences and from my own
customers and subscribers.

3. Often you will hear that the
hardest thing about Internet
marketing is a particular aspect of
it such as building your list, driving
traffic, product creation, etc.
However, if you think about it the
various aspects of building an
Internet marketing business are
things that you can learn about.

4. There are plenty of information
products available that you can
purchase or perhaps download
for free that teach you how to do
the various tasks that are required
in order to build an Internet
business.

5. However, it seems that it is not so
much the question of what do you
need to do, as getting down to
actually doing it.

6. The most common problem that many
marketers seem to face is that of a
lack of focus.
Time management and learning to
organise your work time seems to be
one of the hardest things about
Internet marketing.

7. I think one of the main problems is
that when you have an Internet
business your work tasks are often
based on things that you need to
do using your laptop or computer.
It requires you to go online and
visit various sites if you are driving
traffic or communicating with
potential customers.

8. So the very thing that you do to
build your business can often be
the very thing that causes you to
get distracted and lose focus.

9. There are so many advertisements and
flashing banners online that are very
distracting.
How many times do you open your
email with the intention to spend only
five minutes sorting out the most
important ones and before you know
it, three hours have gone by and you
haven't actually achieved very much.

10. Learning to be self disciplined and
every day knowing exactly what
you're going to do and actually
doing it, is I believe one of the
hardest things about Internet
marketing.

11. So here are a few suggestions:
Never open your email until after lunchtime
Always do the most important task first and
by most important I mean that task that is
going to build your business to get the most
results, do that task first
Take regular breaks

12. Develop your own plan of action
and break it down into daily tasks
Keep a diary of what you actually
achieve each day

13. Whatever you do online make
sure that it is something that is
going to be building your business
and getting you the results that
you want to achieve.
If you are doing something that
doesn't fit that criteria you really
need to ask yourself - is it
necessary?
