Katie is an energetic, out-

graduates from Northwest
University in May 2015 with
her BA in Organizational
Communication.
Carly is a focused, hard-
working ESFJ. Her strengths
include: Woo, Harmony,
Communication, Adapta-
bility, and Activator. She
graduates from Northwest
University in December
2015 with her BA in Organi-
zational Communication.
Morgan is a caring, detail-
focused ISFJ. Her strengths
include: Empathy, Intellect,
Harmony, Input, and Re-
sponsibility. She graduates
from Northwest University in
May 2015 with her BA in
Organizational Communi-
cation.
Our Mission
Focusing on building teamwork and
communication in the workplace

vide training programs and
knowledge in the fields of team-
building and personality assess-

es the insight they need to build
more efficient, productive teams

2. Overview
This workshop would walk employees and teams
through the StrengthsFinder assessment in order
to increase communication skills and teamwork
within your company.
Workshop Details
Employees will walk away from this workshop
with the skills to utilize their strengths and indi-
viduality in team settings to improve overall per-
formance.
Participants will be asked to take the online
StrengthsFinder assessment prior to attending
the workshop session. We will then work with
individuals and teams to help them understand
their results.
This workshop would be put on by KCM
Consulting free of charge. We
would only ask that the participating
business provide a meeting time/
location and cover the online assess-
ment fees.
The material can be presented in various time
frames to suit your company’s individual needs.

Who are we?
KCM Consulting is the product of a Northwest
University class project. We are Organizational
Communication majors in our Senior year of
study, and are putting this workshop on as a cul-
minating project.
Qualifications
We have had extensive training on the subjects
of teamwork, personality, strengths, and com-
munication. Our areas of expertise include:

 Organizational Communication
 Interpersonal Communication
 Conflict Resolution
 Public Relations
Through this workshop, we are desiring to use
the skills we have accumulated in a way that is
not only beneficial to us, but also to local busi-
nesses.

StrengthsFinder
The StrengthsQuest assessment walks partici-
pants through a series of questions in order to
evaluate their individual strengths, which are
generated in a “Top 5” list and explain how the
positive and negative sides of each attribute
can be utilized.
