I ensurethat specifically identified prospects and clients are maintained, nurtured and developed into effective leads.
My role is to develop business via the sale of ‘off the shelf’ products, to both new and existing clients from the
P&MM database, by recognising and acting quickly upon key sales opportunities.
Key Achievements
 Within my first month I secured a strong contact and with further business development opportunities
with a large organisation.
 I am responsiblefor the training of our new employees within the team
 I have received numerous commendations through company recognition schemes.
 After receiving initial training, I took it upon myself to request professional development to broaden my
knowledge of products and services to increase knowledge for up-sell and further business.
 I have trained and taken active work in our DotMailer systemand use this for digital marketing with real
time results.

I took over a store which was struggling and with help from the Supergroup, I revitalised the location to achieve
higher takings than the previous year, with improved customer service and efficiency. I had only been with the
company 5 months when I was asked to start to train other Managers on the area and within 10 months I was asked
to cover the Assistant StoreManagers role in the Milton Keynes branch. I assisted in the successful running of the
storeover one of the busiest periods of the year.
Key Achievements:
 Increased the takings of that location on a quarterly target.
 Helped to increase our Mystery shop result from42% - 92% (less then 9 months.)
 Received high levels of customer compliments about myself and my team.
 Successfully turned around a struggle location
 Visited numerous other locations to train Concession mangers in my area and also further afield.
