Manna Centre for Ethics Research (Manna Centre) at Bangalore, India, is an independent
organization which provides a forum for the exploration, research, survey, development and
promotion of ethics in societies, organizations and individuals.
With a deep sense of national character building within acceptable cultures & values in society,
the Centre’s mission is to encourage and assist individuals and organisations to include the ethical
dimensions in their lives and thereby facilitate the betterment of human beings ,organizations ,
societies and nations. Manna Centre’s association with the clients are identified with close
collaboration, inclusivity and creativity.
Manna center has a vision to inspire a movement that changes people’s expectations of ethical
leadership and performance in organizational life where people demand ethics and integrity
based leadership character to deliver a higher value to all stakeholders.

Manna Centre is founded and led by Dr.K S Naik, a veteran having about 50 years of industrial
experience in senior management levels in reputed industries coupled with teaching experience
in management schools. Dr.Naik, for his Ph.D thesis, has done deep research on the prevailing
ethical management systems in various leading Indian industries and MNCs at Bangalore and
published many research papers in areas of ethics in management.
The Centre is also supported by highly experienced experts in the respective areas from the
industrial and management world.
