What is the Culture of the Organization?
The Culture of the organization is in accordance to our: ,[object Object]
 	Psychology
 	Attitudes
 	Beliefs
 	Symbols, language , assumptions , 	behaviors
 	experiences that we have built   	within the workplace.,[object Object]
Everyone in the organization takes part in making it. Each person is important. Our vision and mission is not only memorized by every employee but also taken into heart.
Attending to our patients is the heart of our institution. Our purpose is to serve the masses and give them the care that they deserve.
How are the nurse leaders involved in organizational development?
Nurse Leaders get involved by: Making sure that development occurs in the institution. Helping out in the planning process of the development. Serving as role models to staff nurses.
Role of Nurse Leaders ,[object Object]
Teachers
Counsellors
Advocate
Bridge between the institution and nurses.,[object Object]
[object Object],Middle Managers     (Head Nurses, Nursing supervisors)
Nurse Leaders serve as role models.
Nurse managers will lead the way and the rest will follow.
Unite the team to reach one GOAL.
How do the employees react to changes within the organization?
Everyone reacts differently and here is the Transition Process most people go through…
