Exhibit Houses, I&D vendors, General and Sub-Contractors, and other service providers are critical to the success of tradeshows and exhibitions. And while show organizers and exhibitors rely heavily on them to create impactful events, the ability to connect and collaborate is often limited.
In the following few slides we’ll look at how eventuosity® can be utilized as a value-added offering by service providers to improve the events workflow for themselves, their clients and the third parties with whom they must both interact.

Editor's Notes
Exhibit Houses, I&D vendors, General and Sub-Contractors, and other service providers are critical to the success of tradeshows and exhibitions. And while show organizers and exhibitors rely heavily on them to create impactful events, the ability to connect and collaborate is often limited.
In the following few slides we’ll look at how eventuosity® can be utilized as a value-added offering by service providers to improve the events workflow for themselves, their clients and the third parties with whom they must both interact.
There are many moving parts to every event and there are many different stakeholders that need to stay on top of them. Historically, management of the elements in the events workflow is distributed across organizations without a system of collaboration and communication to track them effectively.
In an all-too-familiar example, a tradeshow general contractor, an exhibitor and their exhibit house will all be working on related tasks with common deadlines but each will be doing so in their own system of spreadsheets, emails, and “productivity” apps. Real success depends on an ability of each party to share status with others and work together toward a common objective. But today’s planning processes have not provided that capability.
With eventuosity® permission-based access to an event project allows everyone to share data and collaborate in a manner consistent with their role in the event planning process.
eventuosity® provides the events industry with a planning application that solves many of the most common problems plaguing our workflows.
And by driving the adoption of eventuosity® from the service provider side of the table, vendors build stronger relationships with clients, optimize their own processes, and generate new revenue opportunities.
Most importantly, by more deeply integrating the processes of all stakeholders, eventuosity® creates a “sticky” relationship between vendor and client which increases the likelihood of a long-term partnership.
In the two examples above, we look at the way eventuosity® has been used by two key participants in a tradeshow planning process and the benefits that they’ve realized.
Service providers that create this added value for their clients are seen more as a partner than just a vendor.
While many exhibit houses, GC’s, etc. have tools in place today that go beyond traditional spreadsheet management, they still are not integrated fully into clients’ processes.
eventuosity® takes service provider access beyond the loading dock and event venue all the way into a planner’s office. From the very first planning meeting to the final post-event e-mail blast, eventuosity® ensures that every stakeholder is collaborating fully and working together to ensure event success.
Making eventuosity® a part of your own planning process, or offering it to a client, results in several benefits to your organization.
Together, we will build an eventuosity® pilot program that demonstrates those benefits within a short time period.
