Projects:
ExxonMobil Project Manager and key team member supporting several ExxonMobil projects.
Existing Real Estate Portfolio Management- Assisted in managing their real estate portfolio – including
current, future and interim spaces. Analyzed occupancy data and leased/owned building data to produce
scenarios for how best to transition from several locations across the country into their new 385-acre North
Houston Campus.
Houston Campus Project-The largest US corporate move in over twenty years, which resulted in a
successful relocation of over 10,000 employees to the North Houston Campus. Managed migration
strategies by working with various business lines in addressing specific needs and goals of occupancy
plans and the capacity for future adjustments.
Hughes Landing Project-Relocation of 3,000 employees to satellite location in The Woodlands.
Post Occupancy Houston Campus and Hughes Landing Space Management-After initial occupancy of
both sites, continued to manage the internal relocation of entire departments upon the business’s requests. As
well, as provide strategic scenarios for optimizing use of theirspace.
