Concurrently manage all aspects of over 50 commercial construction projects annually in both Texas
and New Mexico; manage multiple active projects valued in excess of $1M and ensure that the goals
of project planning, design, budgets, schedules, and construction are met within prescribed time
frames and funding.
▪ Prepare all daily construction schedules, change proposals and submittal data, outline compliance
issues, and analyze and interpret job specifications to develop accurate materials/labor estimates,
and manage all phases of work.

information technology infrastructure and architecture projects; provide technical and administrative
support services for project life-cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through
