 Exp. Revenue $5 billion - Bombardier CSeries Thrust Reverser and Mitsubishi Regional Jet design,
engineering, manufacturing schedule. Integrated all component schedules into the program
schedule; provided direct advice to senior program executives on project updates, delays,
forecasted delays, and follow-on recovery plans. Collaborated with each team to ensure program
success. Prepared schedules for each design and engineering team to reflect design changes for
submissions to management for approval. Participated and led multiple lean manufacturing events
geared towards reduction of waste in a particular area of a project, and/or the company as a whole.
CPM PARTNERS INC – Encinitas, CA
Project Scheduler/Delay Claims Analyst, June 2010 to October 2010
 Monitored status of tasks for multiple city bridge construction projects, averaging $41.6m each.
Delivered status reports to stakeholders for budgeting and planning purposes. Monitored sub-
contractor progress and enforced deadlines. Served as the single point of contact for project
scheduling and changes. Prepared weekly reports to the customer, outlining the project status.
Communicated delays to the customer and detailed the, who/what/when/where about each delay.
Created a master schedule for the ($37.3m) Otay Water District, which combined 87 of their
smaller project schedules into one large master schedule, used for executive reporting purposes.
Other duties included: cost management, aspects of the capital improvement program and provide
as-needed scheduling development for upcoming construction projects.
MCC CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION – San Antonio, TX
Project Scheduler, December 2007 to June 2010
 Created and maintained on time schedules, scheduled activities, schedule of values, budgets,
import/export files to the government, and controlled overhead costs. Day to day activities
required multi-level coordination with upper management, contractors, architects, engineers,
inspectors, city, and government officials. Coordinated as required meetings on-site to conduct
schedule performance reviews. Conducted weekly scheduleupdates and monthly schedule reports
for project payment. Created fragnet schedules for time extensions and/or cost increases. Project
highlights: $20 million Design Build – United States Army Corps of Engineers BRAC METC
Camp Bullis Medical Training Facility. A 1600 activity schedule, consisted of 61,200 Sqft, (13) pre-
engineered metal buildings, fire protection, 125 acres of site work, underground sewer/sanitation,
storm water piping and diversion channel piping feed into sedimentation/filtration pond, and 6.3
miles of High voltage power lines, 47 poles, 45 transformers.
