Key Responsibilities :-
• Creation of SO (Sales Order), PO (Purchase Order), Invoices etc in SAP-SD module for proper flow
of shipment to end customers and maintaining a region wise track record of the same.
• Updation and creation of Invoices for shipment processing and ensuring timely receipt of materials by
end customers.
• Negotiation and clarification with the customers to be acquainted with proper ordering so as to avoid
any exceptions.
• SLA monitoring and reporting.
• Workflow Distribution among the team and ensuring completion within the agreed SLA.
• Reporting generating Order quality report weekly, quarterly, and Monthly for the orders which received
from the various customers.
• Receiving templates / quotations from customers to gratify their need on goods to be dispatched,
taking into consideration 3W’s i.e. When, Where & for whom.
• Cross validation and audit of templates on the basis of information given in it through SAP–SD
module.
• Performing Quality Checks to ensure that defined quality standards are met .
• Client escalation and complaint management.
• Organizing internal trainings for team members with respect to existing process changes, updations and
new process introductions.
