2. Age Groups
The characters in our film represent teenagers, the film
implies this when the two characters speak to each other,
they use an informal tone towards each other when they
speak. This implies that they are close friends because of
the way they speak to each other they portray a sense of
strong friendship whilst they are running away from the
‘killer’. We tried to recreate a close friendship between the
two teenagers that are camping in the woods with each
other, and they have what seems like a close friendship
because of the tone of language they use when they are
speaking to each other.
3. Clothing
We decided as a group that we should do some research
on what teenagers aged 16-17 wore on a daily basis. The
research told us that the majority of teenagers in the UK
wore a pair of jeans and a hoodie. We thought that this
would represent teenagers that live in the UK the most
because of the choice of clothing makes the actors in
throughout the film look like a stereotypical teenagers that
live in the UK. We thought that we should dress the
mysterious figure on the other end of the phone in a big
coat with a hood to hide his face from the camera we
thought that he would represent a stereotypical murderer
seen in other films because he is keeping his identity
secret until later in the film.
