client’s shoes.

Attributes:
- Noni is a “Queue Bot”.
- Provides a conversation relevant to what the client would
like to engage in, i.e. therapy services.
- Gives the client something to do while they wait to be
connected to a person.
- Gives options, including STOP.
- Connects with the client in a way that demonstrates the
mission & professionalism of 7Cups.
