Average Agreement in the South Coast Air Basin. Auditing and reviewing records and data submitted
by regulated parties (UP and BNSF), developing and maintaining databases of 10,000 locomotives using
excel, analyzing and compiling reports.
Conducting research and identifying locomotives that operated primarily within the California South
Coast Air Basin, responsible for estimating locomotive fuel consumption, emissions, potential emission
