· Assigned as Instrumentation Control Technician Operation & Maintenance Team with daily routine Preventive Maintenance
activities which entails overhauling, calibration of temperature and level transmitters / transducers, switches and gauges,
relief valves, solenoids, vibration & speed sensors, control valves and pressure etc. Proper monitoring and maintenance of its
sub-system, fire protection system. Prepare and conducts Monthly Preventive Maintenance Plans.
· Also includes installation,alignment and testing of electrical equipment such as power transformers, NSPBs, switchgear
panels, distribution panels, MCC panels, UPS panels, battery (CCB / Demi / ASL MCC, building), lighting system, motors,etc.

· Hands on experience in DCS operation with desingnated position of DCS Operator namely with software program namely
(foxboro, honeywell, vently nevada, GE Gas Turbine Generator Mark VI software).
· Witnessing includes material inspection, Site Acceptance Test (SAT), instrument erection inspection, instrument calibration,
instrument loop checking, equipment functional testing and witnessing any test and commissioning activities of all systems
associated to the project and ensured test and commissioning works is compliant to the approved and agreed test
procedures and accepted criteria to bring the plant into normal and safe operation.
· Performs Construction assessments, verifications and general monitoring of construction activities from early works to pre-commissioning
activities and to support project objectives for safety, quality, schedule and cost.
· Reviews and assesses sub-contractor QA/QC Plans and procedures including test/inspection results.
· Knowledge in computer such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Access and Power Point. Can perform multi-tasks and can do work
while under pressure

2. Job Description
· Strictly implementing the the quality assurance of inspection as per company required based in international standard code
· Follow the QCP/ITP procedure of inspection as per site condition
· Ensuring consistent quality use of approved materials and installation method. Review material take-off and latest revision of
P&ID.
· Involve in preparation of QA/QC documentations such as WMS, ITP , QCP,QCR to the client company
· Involved in reviewing of all instrument construction drawing and procedures as per the process operation philosophy and
comparing the engineering hook up drawing to the process operation according to P&ID Etc..
· Verification of mark-up drawings (as-built) for submittal at Construction & engineering department for any changes in drawing
between actual installation,location against drawing.as per site condition
· Preparation and submittal of Notification for Inspection (NFI s) to HHI/DEC’s OE on the daily basis.
· Responsible for receiving final inspections in order to maintain the quality and reliability of Surface products
· Attends management meeting for review and discussion of previous and current issues and come up with the corrective and
preventive actions.
· Develop inspection plans and reporting requirements in coordination with the Quality Manager.
· Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures.
· Ability communicate and present information in a manner that clearly defines the objective, problem, and/or status of a topic
to all levels

· Conduct actual check inspection from field to final control of instrument according to P&ID,ILD,hook-up drawing etc.

sheet,Calibration Report, etc.,
· Gradually witnessing in loop check,using various equipment for testing and other specified gadgets with the refferences
using Datesheet ILD and P&ID etc.,for compliance of activities record as per company required
· Ability to conduct actual inspection check, during loop check including Temperature elements, Vibration elements, Speed
elements and other specified instrument
· Ability perform activities such as visual & dimensional check, inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation works.
· Conduct proper inspection of instrument interface panels system installation,termination and wiring connection
· Responsible in inspection of material recieving (instrument) with proper procedure comparing to the source inspection details.
· Involve in Functional check and calibration of electro- pneumatic controllers , control valve installation & alignment .
· Knowledge in calibration and witnessing of actual calibration from bench to final installation process
· Involve in field inspection works ,instrument field installation, functional test,commissioning to start-up
· Attends in trouble shooting in instrument & loop controls fault during start-up
· Familiarize calibration instrument equipment and proper use of gadget
· Assisting together with package vendor in commissioning prior to clients instruction
· Participate in start up as per client required to comply the assurance of function in all level
· Attends to all problems specifically on equipment and machine; making decisions on repairs, calibrations and variations.
· Assigned in engineering department as an commissioning instrument maintainance during the start-up of plant
· Responsible in actual inspection checking , Meggering, continuity check of control cable individually from Field to JB to DCS
as per system
· Ability to conduct inspection with proper procedure in Electrical works including cable laying and installation of plant
grounding network/grid ,cathodic protection system (impress current); pipes cad welding, test boxes, jb termination,
reference electrode,embedded/direct buried conduits/sleeves etc.
· Ability to perform hands on 3 dimensional visual and mechanical inspection and evaluations of machined parts, and
assemblies
