Simple steps in activating your DepEd Microsoft Account

1. STEPS IN ACTIVATING
YOUR DEPED
MICROSOFT OFFICE
ACCOUNT

2. STEP 1
Sign-in to your
DepEd Gmail Account

3. STEP 2
After logging in, find and
open the email from DepEd
Email Dist Account with the
subject “Activate your
DepEd Microsoft 365
Account”.

4. STEP 3
After opening, you will see an email containing
information about the Microsoft 365 and a
username and temporary password for logging in
on your Microsoft 365.
Then go to https:// portal.office.com

6. STEP 4
Enter the credentials
(username and
temporary password)
provided to you by the
email in signing in on
the Microsoft 365
account.

7. STEP 5
After logging in your
credentials, you will be
asked to update your
password by entering the
current password, and your
new and confirm password.

• A minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 256
characters.
• Requires three out of four of the following:
• Lowercase characters
• Uppercase characters
• Numbers (0-9)
• Symbols

on this page were you will be asked for
cellphone number, other email address
and security questions.

19. STEP 7
After accomplishing Step 1 to 6,
you now successfully activate your
Microsoft Account.
