1. EVOLUTION OF OUR
LOGO

2. The logo took plenty of planning and different ideas to help us get to the
final idea. The first step was to try and come up with a name together.
Once we agreed on a name we were able to start brainstorming on ideas.
We knew that we were going to use the word flamingo in our logo
therefore using a picture of a standing flamingo would fit perfectly. The
flamingo standing is able to take the place of the letter F.
The reason that I think this is a good logo is because it is short and
memorable. When someone says the word flamingo you automatically
think of a flamingo standing on one leg. So nobody will forget our logo.
The colours are also quite nice which removes the boring element from
the logo.

3. This is the royalty free picture
that we used to provide the
‘F’ in our Flamingo title. It is a
simple image with a good
colour contrast.
This is the end product.
We decided to keep the
background as it would
stand out with any other
backgrounds that we may
put it against.
The thing that i like about our logo
and we agreed on this as a group is
that the whole idea wasn’t too
complicated. We managed to keep
it simple and relevant. You need
something that people are going to
remember so it does become a
psychological thing too. The word
‘flamingo’ will automatically raise the
picture of a standing stork animal.
This will make the connection with
our logo and create a bond with the
public.
