RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Air Liquide Reliability Center:
Develop budget tracking and project planning and scheduling to conduct a Hydrogen SMR plant turnaround
with a budget of 6 million dollars. Assist TAR manager screen vendors, job walks, scopes of work and
select contactors.
Hunting Subsea Technologies:
Installed Kasto Unitop a 1 million dollar inventory management system to open floor space and control
inventory with a 1.5yr ROI.
Member of Development Team to design and build a 6,000 PSI high-pressure high-volume HPU for R&D
testing and production model.
Designed and installed new plant air system for redundancies for zero down time operations.
Moved 32 CNC machines within the facility to improve work flow and increase productivity.
Design, develop and gather funding for many projects with ROI less than 3 years.
Installed Samsco wastewater evaporation system to reduce waste streams cost..
Developed policies and procedures for maintenance and safety departments.

Project Controls Specialist May 2016 to Present
Develop budgets, build project schedules, data mine CMMS for PM’s and corrective maintenance. Develop critical parts list
for repairs and PM’s. Manage daily man power cost, invoices, and complete daily reports for management to track projects
cost. Develop quality control sheets for each work order and conduct audits on work when completed. Assist TAR
manager monitor vendors and safety of work site.

Facility Manager
Managed staff and oversee a large Mori Seiki, Mazak, DMG and Haas CNC manufacturing facility that supplies hydraulic
couplings to oil and gas industries. Maintain Carrier Chiller plant, Eaton Smart Switchgear with Natural Gas backup
generator at 2500amps. Oversee day to day operations of a 17-acre manufacturing facility with leading edge technology in
a very select market. Excel at developing a zero downtime facility.

Facilities Manager
Oversee day to day operation for a large co-location data center. Direct duties are to oversee maintenance for 4 data
centers Utility, UPS and PDU distribution of power up to 12 Megawatt facilities including all generators. Managed all
vendors consisting of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction and capital projects. Start up and commissioning of data
centers. Oversee staff to ensure effective management and cost savings.
Corporate Maintenance Management for Western International Gas Mar 2006 to April 2007

Plan, design, develop and oversee capital, production, and facilities project. CMMS implementation for all facilities.
Manage Mechanical Integrity, Process Safety Management, and Reliability programs plus assist in Management of Change
process. Monitored and directed P&ID changes for current construction plus (as built drawings to comply with
requirements). Monitored daily operations of corporate maintenance and Bellville plant maintenance directly. Remote
monitored for other nine sites.

Facilities Manager
Manage all building trades, HVAC, electrical, grounds, pest control, and landfill operations. Direct a work force of 150 to
comply with contract requirements for the Department of Public Works of Fort Sill Ok. I oversee, plan and implement
projects for in-house and outside contractor projects. Normally working on 20 to 30 projects at a time. This position
requires constant budget review, resource management, and contract review to ensure compliance with all local, state,
federal, ADA, NFPA, BOCA, EPA, OSHA and DPW.
Lawton Correctional Facility. Geo Corp. June 1998 to June 2005
Maintenance Manager
This position requires daily operation of a correction facility. Responsible for making up budgets, project management,
designing preventive maintenance programs (CMMS), safety training, re-engineering of security equipment, management
decision-making and general maintenance on a 160-acre facility. Maintenance manager has direct supervision of 7
maintenance supervisors. These supervisors oversee a work force of 100 workers. Building automation HVAC units and
climate control centers. Food service, laundry, and medical equipment also maintained. Telecommunication, PBX and
computer network with fiber optics. The manager oversees all trades. Currently, this is facility has over 500,000 sq ft. As a
maintenance manager, I have worked as a project engineer on many projects: Renovation of restrictive housing unit a
$120,000 project. One large sewage lift station with the construction of bar screener unit $175,000. Protective custody
addition with recreational area $45,000. Many capital improvements for equipment, building repair/renovations, and new
construction. All projects were on time and were under project budgets.

CMMS software (Oracle, SAP, Maximo, 7i, MP2, Maintain it Pro, Maintenance Connection) AutoCAD 2000 plus AutoCAD
2010, Bentley and many other industrial software packages. Payroll Time Trak and Kronos. Repair personal computers to
AS400 with VTAM and Machine language code. Communication networks LAN, WAN, Intranet, and Extranet. Design

LEAN MANUFACTORTING: Using TPM, TQM, Kaizen events along with 3P and 5S events.

busway, breaker boxes, switchgear, control voltage. Breakers up to 4000amp and ATS switching units. All types of wiring

PNEUMATICS/HYDRAULIC: Install/repair equipment, knowledge of valves, manifolds, pumps, motors and vacuum
systems.
HEAT/AC: Install/ repair units up to 3000 tons, chillers, cooling towers up to 20,000 tons, Commercial compressors to 50
ton, heat units (gas/electric), all types of air handlers and CRAC units. Geothermal units. Tracer Summit software program
and Johnson Controls for building automation. Communications networks for RS 232, 485 Networks, Ethernet, modems,
LAN and Wan. High voltage and control wiring. Most experienced with Trane and Carrier units. Building Automation
systems. Large gas fired furnaces unit for pre and post cure of products
ELECTRONICS: Install/repair all types of PC’s to AS400 mainframes. Security systems, cameras, alarms, fire systems
and commercial machines. Repair to component level. Television and radio broadcast equipment. Design layout for
industrial computers including PLC’s and relay logic controls.
INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS: Renovation of older equipment installing Allen Brady, and Omron PLC’s. Project manager
on customized programming with precise timers and fluid fill requirement. Design process engineering, lean manufacturing,
TQM into new and older equipment for maximum production. Interfacing skills on automated production lines to packing
equipment. Project manager PLC installation for the raw material implementation project. Increased production outputs by
37%. Designed and implemented the interface of floor production equipment to LAN, Intranet server then linked to AS400.
SHOP TOOLS: Manage maintenance and repair of CNC Lathes and mills. Fabrication tools, all types of welding, overhead
cranes, normal shop tools.
CONSTRUCTION: Blueprint reading, civil drawings, P&ID’s, site preparation, review of submittals for changes, project
management, supervise mechanical, electrical and plumbing crews, ensure punch list completion, coordinate local/state
inspectors, warranty, and service contact implementation, liaison for the corporate office. Building repairs including
concrete, foundation, roofing, electrical and carpentry.
FACILITY DESIGN: Building layout concerning utilities, fire alarm, communication, machine placement, offices, industrial
needs, project management and building automation.
PHYSICAL PLANT: Design, construction, project management, warranty, service contracts, utilities (cost control). Design
and implementation of preventive maintenance plans using CMMS programs. Building Automation design and controls
engineering. Grounds/parking lot areas to include lighting and safety. Maintain and repair compactors, balers, and trash
removal equipment. Lawn care and sprinkler systems. Supervise daily operations.
LEADERSHIP: Direct supervision of 7 supervisors that mentor a workforce of 150 workers. Remote leadership for 12
maintenance managers that run 12 facilities in Texas. Ensure life safety code NFPA, ANSI, OHSA compliance and overall
maintenance for these units. STRONG POINTS: Delegation skills, hands-on leadership, well organized and motivates
others to perform at their best. Heavy in Six Sigma training and Team building skills.
FRESHWATER/WASTEWATER/POOLS/SPA’S/FIRE PUMPS/DELUGE PUMPS: Direct repair of Muffin Monster sewage
grinders Model 30005, Electric drive channel configuration with motor controller PC2200. Lakeside Rotamat fine screen
units. Parkson Aqua guard screen units with Influent cleaning system plus roto-press screenings compactor. Klockner
Moeller panels. Flygt pumps up to 20 hp. Most fresh water pumps and trash pumps. Most all control panels for pumps and
