Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and Westchester. Formulate strategic goals, set work standards,
and ensure employee performance to these standards. Review and authorize documents; enforce
company policies and procedures.

Held full autonomy for hiring, firing, and supervising a staff of six technicians and one dispatcher,
parts inventory, purchasing, territory assignments, and customer relations. Direct responsibility for
