Founding Partner of Wizmo.ro, a new real estate platform to be
marketed in Central and Eastern Europe. Currently livein Romania.

focusing on listed US-real estate. With the intention of combining
the advantages of Real Estate and the stock exchange without the
limitations of both. Key are liquidity, lowvolatility and return.

Successfully take over and reorganization of 3 companies in distress, active as big
box retailers in food and textiles, in Waregem and Harelbeke,(Belgium)
Restructured and relocated the business to a new and better accessible location,

Adhering to Intermarché (ITM Belgium), and taking the lead of expansion of the
group in Belgium.
In 1999 elected President of the Board of Directors of ITM Belgium.
Selling the business to ITM Belgium in 1999 for 7 times the initial investment.
