To strengthen the Sell-Side Equity Research department, the Bank is looking for a
Biotech/Healthcare Financial Analyst
Function
In this role you will:
- develop primary coverage on Benelux Healthcare/Biotech companies;
- develop financial models;
- analyze Healthcare/Biotech products and markets;
- have regular contact with management;
- provide clear analyses and recommendations to our Institutional customer base.
You will have the ability to develop your financial skills in a professional and experienced
team.
You will report to the Head of Equity Research.
Profile
- Scientific education/background in a Bio-science (Biomedical, Biology, Bio-
engineering,…), or related. An additional financial education (MBA,…) would be
seen as a plus;
- Several years of experience in life-science research (academic or private) is an
additional asset;
- Ability to build DCF models, develop P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement
forecasts;
- Analytical skills and a good academic track record;
- Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and translate it into clear
investment ideas;
- Creative and good commercial and presentation skills;
- Strong intellectual curiosity about financial markets in general;
- Team player;
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
