History
• The RPM Groups journey began in May 1999 when its Founder, Johnny
Lavoie was first introduced to direct sales in Ottawa, Ontario.
• By 2001 he ran the largest Sales Force for one of the largest energy
retailers in N.A..
• He went on to form PLC marketing which was the largest sale group in a
multibillion dollar corporation.
• 2009 – 2011 He was Direct of Sales for N.A. for Just Energy Corporation.
• Led Just Energy to its largest sales year on record averaging 20,000+ sales a
week.
• He returned to his passion, running and leading his own sales force in 2011

• In 2011 the RPM groups was formed which was the largest sales group
with 13 locations around N.A.. and now selling HVAC.
• National Home Services sold for over $500,000,000 in 2014 to Reliance Home
Comfort.
• 2014 Johnny joined Summit Energy offering residential and commercial
rate protection in the U.S.(7 locations) and Ontario.
• 2014 Johnny has partnered with Lucette Trottier, and Raymond Rahaman
to form LEMI(Lavoie Energy Marketing Inc) Inc.
• 2016 Jody Kelly joined the team as Director of Business Development and
RPM is reformed to build a premier sales organization in N.A..
