LinkedIn, Twitter, or other social media channels—has had a significant impact on the
speed at which information can be obtained.
• It also has led some marketers to question the role face-to-face communications can
play in building a brand. However, despite the recession and companies trimming
budgets, the need for face-to-face interaction has never been more important. According
to a report from Meeting Professionals International (MPI), 40 percent of prospects
converted to new customers through face-to-face meetings, while 28 percent of current
business would be lost without face-to-face meetings

• The reality is there’s room for both face-to-face and virtual tactics in any company’s
communications strategy. Here are some benefits of both approaches, plus an example
of how they can be combined to maximize return on investment.
• At its core, face-to-face engagement creates a personal connection and builds trust
between a company and its target audience. A warm handshake, engaging conversation
and getting to know customers and prospects on an individual level can play an

• The RPM Groups(Regional Producing Machine) is a direct sales group with
extensive experience selling direct to the consumer(D2D and B2B).
• Products and services we have sold to date: Telecom, Energy, Security, LED
lightening, HVAC, Internet and T.V.
• We sell direct to the consumer to help your company increase sales, grow
market share, increase revenue and increase your brand recognition.
• RPM’s leadership has generated hundreds of millions in revenue in the last 20
years for several organizations.
• RPM specializes in training its salesforce on your product/service to represent

• RPM currently has over 300 sales representatives across North America
• Currently selling to residential and commercial clients in energy, home
automation and telecommunication/cable/internet industries.
The RPM Groups
History
• The RPM Groups journey began in May 1999 when its Founder, Johnny
Lavoie was first introduced to direct sales in Ottawa, Ontario.
• By 2001 he ran the largest Sales Force for one of the largest energy
retailers in N.A..
• He went on to form PLC marketing which was the largest sale group in a
multibillion dollar corporation.
• 2009 – 2011 He was Direct of Sales for N.A. for Just Energy Corporation.
• Led Just Energy to its largest sales year on record averaging 20,000+ sales a
week.
• He returned to his passion, running and leading his own sales force in 2011

• In 2011 the RPM groups was formed which was the largest sales group
with 13 locations around N.A.. and now selling HVAC.
• National Home Services sold for over $500,000,000 in 2014 to Reliance Home
Comfort.
• 2014 Johnny joined Summit Energy offering residential and commercial
rate protection in the U.S.(7 locations) and Ontario.
• 2014 Johnny has partnered with Lucette Trottier, and Raymond Rahaman
to form LEMI(Lavoie Energy Marketing Inc) Inc.
• 2016 Jody Kelly joined the team as Director of Business Development and
RPM is reformed to build a premier sales organization in N.A..
 Began Direct Marketing in 1998

 Opened own office in MTL 2004
 Millionaires ring in 2005 for Commissions earned
 Opened AB in 2006

The RPM Groups History • The RPM Groups journey began in May 1999 when its Founder, Johnny Lavoie was first introduced to direct sales in Ottawa, Ontario. • By 2001 he ran the largest Sales Force for one of the largest energy retailers in N.A.. • He went on to form PLC marketing which was the largest sale group in a multibillion dollar corporation. • 2009 – 2011 He was Direct of Sales for N.A. for Just Energy Corporation. • Led Just Energy to its largest sales year on record averaging 20,000+ sales a week. • He returned to his passion, running and leading his own sales force in 2011

The RPM Groups History, cont’d • In 2011 the RPM groups was formed which was the largest sales group with 13 locations around N.A.. and now selling HVAC. • National Home Services sold for over $500,000,000 in 2014 to Reliance Home Comfort. • 2014 Johnny joined Summit Energy offering residential and commercial rate protection in the U.S.(7 locations) and Ontario. • 2014 Johnny has partnered with Lucette Trottier, and Raymond Rahaman to form LEMI(Lavoie Energy Marketing Inc) Inc. • 2016 Jody Kelly joined the team as Director of Business Development and RPM is reformed to build a premier sales organization in N.A..
