To obtain any position at your respective company where I can maximize my people oriented
experience, communication skills and my problem analysis and problem solving abilities. To join in
a position as a team-player in a people-oriented organization where I can maximize my customer-

EMPLOYMENT
2015 – Present: L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod
F&B Coordinator/Executive Assistant- Direct report to the Director of Food & Beverage
Department. To coordinate matters to all departments especially on the Food and Beverage
Department. To ensure all information were disseminate on all concern department. Secure all
documents confidentially matters. Maintaining all Standard Operational Procedure in all
Restaurants, that was properly executed by the staff. Follow up all pending request, memos and
other documents for signature of the CEO of the company. Directly coordinate to all Department
Heads of the company.
2014 – 2015: L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod
F&B Banquet Coordinator- Ensure that all information is complete and accurate and
distributed on a timely basis and in respective departments. Monitor and maintain cleanliness,
sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Review Banquet check list for the previous day
functions; ensure accuracy of charges and presence of guest signature. Type correspondence,
memos, Daily Event Sheet, one week forecast and reports as assigned and distribute according to
Hotel standards. Attend designated meetings. Establish and monitor the file and trace system.
Ensure client files are kept organized and current with all required information. Anticipate guest’s
needs, response promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of the day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
2011 – 2014: L’Fisher Hotel Bacolod
Waitress/Restaurant Receptionist-Meet and greet the guest with smile. Taking orders and
serving the costumers with their respective dishes. Remove the empty plates and and silverwares,
once the costumer are done with the food. Always aware for the promos and other new menus to
inform and up sell to guest. Always be attentive towards the customer. Maintaining a good image
and dressing well so that it will reflects well on the restaurant.
