IMMACULATE QUEEN OF THE MOST HOLY ROSARY AND OF GOOD SALVATION
(Mother of Reparation and Adoration)
Allan Gentle E. Rudio’s is a Filipino Catholic lay person who reported apparitions that
begun on September 8, 1993, when he was 17 years old; then public apparitions started
in March, 1994; that includes the praying of the Rosary to the Virgin Mary.
The final apparition was on March 25, 1998; although he said he still receives
messages until this day. He lives in Murphy (in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines) with
his parents and a younger brother.
His family is a humble family who lives in a humble home. Allan studied at home, while
his brother went to school.
His father is a taxi driver around the city of Metro Manila, while his mother was a
domestic helper in Hong Kong; but she came back to the Philippines to attend to Allan
for the alleged apparitions that her son was receiving.
The mother (Josie) said that while working in Hong Kong, before she was told what was
happening to her son, a lady dressed in brown told her to go to her son, but she didn’t
listen, because she first thought of the money incomes for her family.
But the mother finally decided to return, she saw a statue of “Our Lady of Mount
Carmel” in her home, then she realized and believed that the lady in brown who advised
her was the Blessed Mother.
During the period of 1993 to 1998, Allan said that he received two apparitions every
month within his family home; and that the time of apparitions were given in advance
(from 9AM to 12PM), and lasts for an hour or one and half hour long.
Then a miraculous well stands beside their family house, while the visionary said that
the Jesus and Mary has given the source of healing water from heaven for all people;
while a prayer should be said before drinking the holy water.
In 1994, among the prayers of the family was answered, Allan’s father recovered from
alcoholism, and he chose to be a worker of Mary. And the family chose the humble Holy
Family of Nazareth (with the Child Jesus, Mother Mary and Father Saint Joseph).
Moreover, it is said that Allan experienced the stigmata wounds that appears on his
wrist; while blood also pours forth from his knees and head at times. While other
reported miracles include the Eucharistic miracle of the Host turning to flesh and blood.

2. Among the most distinguished virtues of the apparitions is that the mother chose to be a
housewife caring for her visionary son, and as a family their promised the Virgin Mary to
promote the Brown Scapular (of “Our Lady of Mount Carmel”) and the “Medal of Good
Salvation” specially designed by Heaven.
The “Three Promises” given by the Virgin Mary for those who wear the “Medal of Good
Salvation” includes her words:
1) “I will bring peace to their families”;
2) “They shall receive graces, both corporal and spiritual”; and
3) “I will be at their side when their hour has come, and I will lead them straight to
Heaven.”
The family also encourages the devotees to donate Scapulars and Rosaries or help in
funding new medals and the photocopying of the messages and other helpful needs for
the community.
THE MESSAGES
(September 8, 1994)
Allan shared the message of the Virgin Mary:
“I can be your most Holy Protector; but if man cannot accept his wrong deeds, God may
punish him. All calamities may be given here in your land. But prayer is the most holy
weapon to overcome the efforts of Satan.
This century is given to Satan to try and win the hearts and faith of the Filipino. Please
help bring back the Rosary each for every Filipino home, and I’m sure that God will give
more blessings in your land.”

Allan shared the message of the Virgin Mary:
“My dear children, please pray the 15 mysteries of the Rosary. Please renew yourselves
because the chastisement is very near. I am your Mother. I want all the pilgrims and
devotees here to say the Holy Rosary. I love you.
Please pray for the conversion of sinners, for the conversion of Russia. Pray for the
Holy Father – the Pope. Blessed are they who do not see me but believe. Pray because
the 3 days of darkness is coming. Continue the devotion to my Immaculate Heart. I love
you!

3. Please hear these words of pleading. I always ask you to consecrate yourselves to my
Immaculate Heart and to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for world peace. But it seems that
your response is very slow. Why my children? Why?
Let my Immaculate Heart reign side by side together with the Sacred Heart in every
place from the tiniest chapel, from the palaces, to the poorest huts. So many of my
children makes me shed tears of blood. But my love for them is immeasurable.
Remember my children I love you whether you are black, yellow, brown or white; even
you are Christians, non-Christians… I love you all.
Continue to wear the Brown Scapular. Wearing the scapular is a sign of consecration to
my Immaculate Heart. I love you.”

Allan shared the message of the Virgin Mary:
“My children, how many times I have asked you to pray the Rosary, wear the Scapular
and the Medal of Good Salvation. But why your responses very slow? I always pray
because the chastisement is very near.
I want you to be the good example to mankind my little angel. I want all the pilgrims and
devotees to pray the Rosary.
My children, these are my warnings to you: you must pray the Rosary every day, the 3
days of total darkness is coming, and 1995 will be the year of sorrows.
Many children and babies will die of unknown sickness. Do not accept this as
punishment from God, but a test from God.
Earthquakes, volcanic eruptions will occur. My children, you are my only helpers. If you
do not pray, the wrath of God will fall upon mankind.
But if you pray, God will be pleased. Help me. My Immaculate Heart is suffering of the
thorns which are piercing my Heart. Continue to love your neighbor as you love
yourselves.
Consecrate your heart to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to my Immaculate Heart for
world peace.

4. My dear children, I your mother loves you and I urge you to prayer. I feel pain
whosoever offends God. I love you. Surrender yourselves completely to God and heart
the messages I am giving you.
If men will never change: earthquakes, the sun will spin with a great explosion, stars will
fall from the sky, fires from heaven will fall, and the 3 days of total darkness.
My children, pray for the poor souls in Purgatory. They endure many sufferings because
there is no one who makes sacrifices for them. My little angel, you have seen the vision
of Hell. I do not want all of you to be there because you are all my children. I love you.”

Allan shared the message of the Virgin Mary:
“My dear children, please pray for those who do not believe. I love all of you. I am the
Mother of the lonely. I am the Mother of reparation and adoration. You must worship
Jesus in the unity of the Blessed Eucharist. I love you all.
Pray for Russia so that this country will be converted. Pray for the South and North
Korea, for they are at war. If Russia will not be converted, the Father will have much to
suffer. I love you.
Pray for all priests, bishops, nuns and religious. I will repeated my message at Fatima:
You must not offend God anymore because He is already offended. Even the little
children will lose their innocence when the last decade comes…
Look at the children, instead of going to school to pray, they do not respect their parents
anymore. The Father of heaven and earth sends me here, to guide, protect and love
you. My blue mantle will be your protection. Pray because the last chastisement will
come…
I have nothing to say anymore but conversion, all I want is your conversion. I wish to
bring back the whole Humanity back to God. I am the Lady of the Rosary. I have come
to warn the faithful and the sinners to amend their lives to God…
People must not fear nor dismayed. They must be glad for I your mother cares for you,
so I give you some warnings. Pray the Rosary, wear the Scapular and convert, please
pray, peace!”

Allan shared the message of Jesus Christ:

5. “My dear little children, remember that the prophecies which we are giving to our seers
will come true. Obey My Mother, come back to My loving mercy, come back to my
Sacred Heart, I love you. The chastisements are coming so you must be prepared.
You must wear the Scapular and the Medal which My Mother gives you. Obey Me even
if you are so far away from My heart. You are My creation and I love you. My Sacred
Heart will be your comfort and your refuge.
People and devotees here must pray, for temptation is so close, very close to them. My
Mother and I will protect you… We are giving you time to repent, to convert. We have
given you some instructions, please do it.
God to Mass everyday, because the Mass is the highest form of prayer. I love you.”
Then Allan wrote that the Virgin Mary said: “Do whatever He tells you.”
After the message, Allan said that he received a Mystical Communion from Our Lord
Jesus Christ.
During the time of the last message, the Blessed Virgin Mary said: “I now mark you with
the Cross of My Son (Jesus), in the name of The Father, and of The Son, and of The
Holy Spirit.”
PRAYER: “Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. Immaculate Queen of the
Most Holy Rosary and of Good Salvation, pray for us. Amen.”

Allan Rudio's alleged apparitions started on September 8, 1993. Allan receives two
Public Apparitions every month. These two days are on the first Friday and first
Saturday of each month. The exact time of an apparition is given in advance.
The time the apparitions start vary from 9 - 12 P.M. and lasts approximately 1 to 1 - 1/2
hours each. During the course of the reported apparitions, then 17 year old Rudio
experiences the stigmata and a miraculous well was also found in the site.
The messages that were relayed from this alleged apparition are on prayer, sacrifices,
penance, like most apparitions (approved and otherwise) would often give to the seer.
Interestingly, the Virgin supposedly aired her disappointment on the condemned
reported events in Agoo, La Union because of the demeanor of its seer, Judiel Nieva
and the people surrounding him.
She also expressed to refrain from asking about when the chastisements will happen
because she did not came "to calculate the fulfillment of the messages". The Lady also
allegedly asked for the formation of the Apostolate of Our Lady of the Brown Race and
the edal of Good Salvation.
The supposed apparitions continued until March 25, 1998. There wasn't a formal
investigation that took place regarding this matter yet the enthusiasm on these reported
events died down as time passed by.
