2. HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE?
I have been serving for this world’s
largest student organization since 2009

3. SINCE YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL....SIR,
HOW DO YOU TAKE YOUR WORK?
I am taking this work not as a duty but as a responsibility
and selfless-service , helping students and teachers to
overcome the problems they are facing in their
respective field.
I.e. University examination issues, lack of basic facilities,
fees hikes, solving disputes between students and
teachers etc.
I count myself as a instrument which is here to serve the
needy..

4. ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT ARE THE
QUALITIES TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL
EMPLOY?
first quality is truthfulness, sincerity
and sticking to the ideals.

5. DURING YOUR LONG SUCCESSFUL
CAREER, YOU MIGHT HAVE FACED SOME
CHALLENGES, HOW DO YOU TAKE IT, AS
AN OPPORTUNITIES OR AS A HURDLE?
Yes, I faced.
it depends, most probably hurdles are takes as
stairs or stepping stones and opportunities as a
movement from moment to moment

6. ACCORDING TO YOU WHAT IS A JOB
SATISFACTION?
it depends but as I found the external satisfaction
is transitory or momentary but internal satisfaction
is ever lasting, you can enjoy, cherish and
reproduce that moment again and again if you
have internal satisfaction.

7. DO YOU BELIEVE IN REWARD OR
OPPORTUNITY? DOMAIN VISION OR
PURPOSE VISION?
As far as, a reward and opportunity concerned
the satisfaction you earn from your work is itself is a
reward or opportunity.
I believe that the vision should be universal. It
should not be bound In domain or purpose.

8. SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU MIGHT HAVE
FACED YOUR JUNIORS ARE NOT WORKING
ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS, HOW DO YOU
MAKE THEM WORK?
As my organization’s theory we accept people as
they are and cultivate them as we want. It is a slow
but sure process, because man is what his thought
has made him.

9. SIR.. SOMETIMES IN YOUR CAREER YOU
MIGHT HAVE FACED YOUR SENIORS OR
AUTHORITIES ARE NOT SUPPORTING
ACCORDING TO YOUR EXPECTATIONS,
HOW DO YOU MAKE THEM CONVINCE?
In my organization we emphasize especially on
decisions taken by common consent so there is no
questions arises related to convincing others.

10. SIR.. ACCORDING TO YOU, WHAT IS YOUR
CONTRIBUTION TO ORGANISATION AND
HOW DO YOU RELATE IT TO SOCIETY?
Our organization believes that the student is a
citizen of today not of tomorrow, we are molding
their thought towards nationalism, social
responsibly, etc.
So basically our organizing working in the field of
nationalism and well being of society.

11. CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY EXAMPLE OF YOUR
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN WHICH YOU
DEMONSTRATE "YOU CAN DO" ATTITUDE AND
"OVERCOME THE FEAR OF FAILURE"?
Once we were protesting against some issues of
government, and it was sure we would be arrested
by police, but still we continued to protest. But in
the end government accepted our demand.

12. WHAT IS SHORT TERM VISION? AND
WHAT IS YOUR LONG TERM VISION?
My short term vision is help to Students
And long term vision is great Socity.

13. WHAT IS YOUR MESSAGE AND ADVICE FOR
THE FUTURE ENGINEERS OR ANY
SUGGESTIONS FOR YOUTH?
My Suggestion is keep hard study to achieve
your goal, we are with you to help you
