Jessica Fox Executive Researcher / Office Manager
Jessica has the mandate to keep the business on right
track to manage all back office functions and carrying out
research for all senior, mid management assignments.
She also specialises in the Retail Banking sector with all
front office positions.
Charles Walker CEO and Founder
Charles vision is focused on the creation of a niche
business that acquires talent for financial companies. His
responsibilities range from strategic and brand direction,
as well as ensuring the Focus Search and Selection brand
is continuously addressing all of the ever-changing
requirements of the financial service sector.
Martin Hynes Operations Director
Martin is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
operations within the business as well as leading the
‘Search Team’ in Insurance and Commercial Banking. He
is particular adept at Senior appointments and has an
extensive network within our field of specialisms.

Ross O’Loughlin Senior Regional Resourcing Manager –
Lo ndo n & So uth East
Ross joined Focus in October 2009 as a Regional
Resourcing Manager. He has worked in front line sales
roles for thirteen years as a top producer in both
telephone and face to face sales in other industries. Ross
has quickly established himself as a top producer and
relationship manager within financial services.

Matt Allen Senior Regional Resourcing Manager - East
Midlands & Ea st Ang lia
As a previous Independent Adviser/Mortgage Consultant, Matt
brings a wealth of industry experience to the company and can
fully empathise whilst also developing strong relationships.
Matt supports our clients in our Central & Eastern Region.
James ‘Jym’ Brown Senior Regional Resourcing Manager
James joined Focus under the Company graduate scheme and
has since become a valuable commodity developing Corporate
and Insurance markets and becoming particularly adept in
supplying market mapping services to clients.

Regional Resourcing Managers
Simon Pearson Regional Resourcing Manager – South West,
North East & Scotland
Simon has extensive sales experience with over 13 years in
Direct Sales, both telephone based and customer facing with 2
years as a Divisional Manager, managing a team of Area Sales
Managers covering the Peterborough and Lincoln area. He
joined Focus in May 2011 to cover the North and South West
regions, looking to build exceptional relationships with our
business partners.
James Scotney Regional Resourcing Manager - North West
James joined Focus in October 2010, with over 10 years sales
experience covering Business to Consumer and Business to
Business at various levels from Sales Exec to Management.
He is responsible for regulated roles in the North West.
