Contingent Search
Our exclusive Contingency search process is suited to our clients who are looking to hire mid-level management
positions. This is a process in which we utilize our existing database, proactively contacting those that we are
aware may be suitable, generally in the local in the marketplace.
This method follows a referral and recommendation process in which BP performs the initial screening of
candidates, we provide profiles of our recommended candidates, and counsel each successful applicant through
the hiring process.
