Fulfillment Support WMOS 2013 to present:
• Converted Fulfillment Center’s Operating Systems from pick to light/pick to paper to Pick to
Voice and Warehouse Management Systems. Conducted pre conversion Fulfillment Center
Modules Pick Location audit to ensure that all pick locations comply with the Pick to Voice
format. Established a Picks per Minute baseline pre conversion and compared the Post conversion
data. The information gathered indicated the areas successes and areas that need special attention.
The information gathered was included in the End of Day reports and sent to my Superiors.
Familiarized all Module Associates with the operating functions of the Talkman A700 device in a
virtual pick environment. Assisted Associates with the training of words and logon process for the
Talkman device. Supported team during go live provided necessary on hand training.

Fulfillment Center Ops 2010 to 2013:
• Supervised the daily fulfillment of the pick and pack operation. My responsibilities included the
scheduling and rotation of 3 staggered start time shifts. Maintaining proper conveyor flow by
redirecting associates to heavy flow areas or scheduled break pick areas. Worked with the
Inventory Control and Replenish Mangers to help maintain packable product inventories. The
training of associates in the areas of material handling tools, assigned pick location responsibilities
and housekeeping. Ran all end of day reports and quality audits to ensure all assigned work was
completed and shipping to the correct delivery hub.

Delivery Ops 2007 to 2010:
• Supervised the daily delivery operation. Maintained all D.O.T. files and training to ensured
company’s compliance. Introduced, trained and ensured that all associates understood and
complied with all of our company’s delivery standard operating procedures. Maintained fleets
monthly preventive maintenance services and any other defect that occurred. Worked closely with
Tans Op groups; RoadNet and customer service teams, to ensure routing and delivery goals

day operations of the night operation. Balance the workload with the appropriate staffing in order
to meet facility goals, which contributed to the overall success of the operation. Training
associates in all aspects of safety and material handling. Helped maintained a 99% on time
delivery with multi-million dollar accounts.
