territory comprised of 5 states. Developed patient training PowerPoint presentations by collaborating
with colleagues throughout the company. Assisted office staff with explanation of HUB, medication access
process, including prior authorizations, payer policy clinical criteria to treat patients, and managing denials
/ appeals. Identified, certified, and supported contracted HCV Nurse Educators. Collaborated with
formulary committees to ensure statewide product formulary availability to patients.

• Trained customers and conducted monthly HBV, HCV and co-infection training classes, include
ding disease state training, proper injection technique, medication education, side effect
management, explanation of patient support programs / resources and emotional support.

conducting pre-qualification, site initiation and site close-out visits as well as providing on-going
documentation of all interim monitoring study visits. Created protocol-specific Case Report Forms and
Source Documents for use by Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) for renal, cardiovascular,
endocrinology, neuroscience, oncology, infectious disease and autoimmune disorders, gastroenterology,
diabetes, and pain disease states at all research sites in partnership with senior management. Monitored
100+ different clinical trials at numerous sites, ensuring sites met ICH GCP requirements.

• Trained more than 200 Clinical Coordinators throughout the US on clinical trial conduct and
mentored three newly hired clinical site monitors (CRA).
• Appointed as Trainer for quarterly Training Workshops, held throughout the US (2000-2005).
