Scope: Daimler-Chrysler was implementing CATIA V5 across the organization. The
project involved collaboration with BIW Support Team for roll-out of CATIA V5. This
also involved usage of CATIA V5 – Enovia integration.
Responsibility:
• Chrysler had been using CATIA V4 since long time and had defined
methodologies for designing BIW components using CATIA V4. Task was to
prepare V5 methodology documents reflecting design processes followed in the
Chrysler
• Created macros using VB Automation APIs’, provided technical support to users
• Performed QA of CATIA V5 release before deploying it to production
• Validated bugs/enhancement suggestions coming from users and discussed
those in weekly calls with Dassault Systems
