There is no project to small or too big that Jeremiah was not willing to help tackle. I apologized for having
him help me complete some "classic" internship mindless projects--which he gladly did. There was a
lesson in having to complete those things--that teamwork is crucial for completing any project. Jeremiah
is a team player.

Jeremiah has great enthusiasm and knowledge. He needs to continue to work on his proof reading skills
for final products. He worked hard on this and has been using different methods for reviewing and I have
seen improvement.

His strengths are his willingness to learn and work on any project assigned. His attitude and demeanor
make working with Jeremiah a pleaure and a team member. He needs to work on his final products
being error free and he is working on that.

This was a great experience for me. I wish that some of my deadlines where not crashing right in the
middle of his time spent with me so that I could have learned more from him and he from me. However, I
think because of the variety of projects and the time crunch he truly experienced the many hats a learning
professional must wear to be successful. It was my pleasure to work with Jeremiah.
