6. An existing office building, warehouse, and surrounding property were used to create Whiting Turner's
Brooklyn Construction Yard with supporting office and training space. There were three buildings
constructed on site, with three different use which required careful code research and planning.

8. The Atholton community in Columbia,
Maryland desired a new swim club near
their existing pool. This design development
plan includes the club, which contained
showers and a picnic pavillion, and new
pergolas.

10. This project was managed by WBCM's Civil Engineering
department. Maryland Transportation Authority required Revit
drawings to be coordinated with Revit MEP and Structural
drawings.

11. Designed, prepared construction documents and assisted with construction
administration for build-out of new executive board room in existing convention
center exhibition space. Project included modification and renovation of existing
toilet rooms on all Convention Center levels to meet ADA compliancy.

and a major addition to accommodate a growing family, while retaining the
character of the original home.
