Operations Center. Amenities include
an indoor firing range, community room,
detention cells, evidence and prisioner
processing, modern fitness room,
enclosed garage with separate bay for
vehicle crime scene processing, break
areas and administrative offices.

The new building encompasses many
sustainable design features such as
reflective roof materials, low flow
restroom fixtures, daylight sensons,
skylights, exterior sun shades, and new
building materials made from recycled
materials .

construction value of $85 million. The facility
includes 182 independent living units, 53
catered living units, 26 memory support and
65 skilled nursing beds. Amenities include a
clubhouse, game and craft rooms, library,
beauty salons, ice cream parlor, exercise
room, bistro and therapy pool. Project also
consists of 108,000 sf of lower level parking

The building is an all concrete frame – post
tensioned, masonry exterior with exterior
architecture columns and canopies to
replicate the facade of the existing building.

was located on an existing school site. Phase
I was build so the existing school could move
in over spring break upon which, the existing
school and parking lot was demolished to
make way for the Phase II building and new
parking lot.      The new school contains
classrooms,     learning    resource    center,
computer rooms, multi-purpose room, kitchen,
administrative offices, gym and band room.

Site development included landscaping, storm
water detention basin, a new parking lot and
sidewalks.

Million, 235,000 sf. 11-Story multi-use
building consisting of retail on the
ground floor, two levels of covered,
tempered parking, and eight floors of
residential units. The entire structure
was built out of pre-cast concrete
becoming the second tallest all pre-cast
building in metopolitan Chicago. The
project also includes a striking modern
lobby of slate, stainless steel and
imported woods.        Clear anodized
aluminum windows with thermal-pane
glass offering optimum sound and
temperature insulation, machine room-
less     high-speed    elevators    and
expansive balconies & terraces are also

The Hyatt center was built for three major
tenants including the Hyatt Corporation,
Goldman Sachs and Mayer Brown Rowe &
Maw. The 1.8 Million sf building will include
48 levels above grade and two basement
levels. Lower levels will house retail space, a
fitness center, cafeteria and parking, while
levels 4-47 will contain office space.

The structure is concrete core (over 20,000
cy) with steel floor framing (11,500 tons).
Cladding is stainless steel and glass with
polished       aluminum        mullions    with
approximately 505,000 sf of typical wall, and a
blast resistant system at the lower levels.
Additionally, intense security and emergency
backup system were necessitated by the high
profile financial industry tenant.

The 1.8 Million sf building will include 48 levels above grade and two basement levels. Lower levels will house retail space, a fitness center, cafeteria and parking, while levels 4-47 will contain office space. The structure is concrete core (over 20,000 cy) with steel floor framing (11,500 tons). Cladding is stainless steel and glass with polished aluminum mullions with approximately 505,000 sf of typical wall, and a blast resistant system at the lower levels. Additionally, intense security and emergency backup system were necessitated by the high profile financial industry tenant.
