3. Early Career
Glazer made his name working on Radio Head’s ‘Street
Spirt’. He then followed this with Jamiroquai’s MTV
award winning video ‘Virtual Insanity’
Glazer was named ‘MTV Director of the year’ in 1997
4. Further Career
2000 – he directed Gangster Film ‘Sexy Beast’
2001 – Glazer directed ‘Odyssey’ for Levi Strauss
2004 – Saw his second feature film ‘Birth’ starring Nicole
Kidman
2006 – He directed the Sony ‘Bravia’ TV advertisement –
this was shot in an estate in Glasgow
More recent work has mainly focused on commercials
including; Barclays & Audi
In 2014 -he received 2 BAFTA nomination for ‘under the
skin’ with Scarlett Johansson and critical acclaim for
‘landmark in filmmaking’
