network DiamondTV (DTV), created by Jeffrey Ball. DTV Network has
website and mobile app capable of providing augmented shopping
experience accompanied by real-time streaming video. Aim of product vision
for upcoming releases will focus on helping customers feel more
connected with other shoppers and helping customers feel more in control
of their personal buying experience.
Product backlog generated and refined using UI/UX Customer Empathy Immersion.
Additionally, user story phrases are separated into 3 columns to enable quick identification
of related roles/personas and motivations. KPI & ROI value stream goals for upcoming
releases are to make the overall experience more empathetic for DTV's target audience,
resulting in increased viewership, increased website & mobile app connection time,
