Second leg of project:
As Hardware Manager I started to transition from working multiple locations to focusing
on PROC and Chrysler Tech Center (CTC) located in Auburn Hills. We started the
process of migrating Chrysler from Novell Netware to Active Directory as well as roll out
the warranty replacement project and the warranty pull a head project for a total of
64,000 PC's, Laptops, Monitors and associated hardware
I was again responsible for the collecting of all hardware data for all incoming new
equipment and all outgoing old/replaced equipment. This meant matching the serial
numbers to the employee or location details provided from Chrysler and ensure the
correct hardware, configuration were ready to go for our install team each morning or
night depending on shift needs
Given "the keys" to multiple locations around CTC to house this massive amount of
equipment and was able to keep track of the contents for the client’s internal database
with the highest of accuracy
Part of this position also meant meeting directly with Chrysler employees and
contractors to take in old laptops and the end of each day and then again in the morning
to check out the new equipment, this was done daily and was at a rate of 100's per day
all while keeping perfect records to ensure the customer was satisfied
First leg of project:
During this leg of the project I worked on a large portion of the 20,000 PC's that were
replaced at Daimler Chrysler
In charge of all equipment (PC, Laptops, Monitors etc.) for refresh project at various
Daimler/Chrysler facilities in southeast Michigan-(SHAP,PROC, Centerline,
Featherstone, Chelsea Proving Grounds). This covered receiving equipment from

configuration
Would check in equipment that was replaced and prepare it for disposal
