Experience Summary
I have 30 years of experience in the printing industry on both the management and sales side, with a background in
manufacturing. I have worked as an estimator, planner, purchaser, scheduler, customer service representative/manager,
senior account representative, production and plant manager, and in other related positions. I have been directly involved in
large format printing, short and long run offset, digital printing, mailing, die-cutting, bindery, specialty web, turnkey,
fulfillment, and supporting departments. I also have eight years of promotional product sales; I did the sourcing, marketing,
costing and ordering for each project. I integrated that into my printing expertise to give my customers a complete turnkey
package or one off item when needed. I have set up and negotiated contracts for paper and outside vendors as well as
helped with the programing of a custom estimating system, calculation of budgeted hourly rates and cost evaluation for each
department.

Lahlouh, Inc. 2001 - 2014
Account Executive. Primary goal was to develop new business as well as supply expert consult to existing accounts. With 30 years of
industry experience, advised customers from initial consult on printability of design through job delivery. Experienced at bringing
together multiple products for a cohesive finished product. I developed a complete knowledge of ASI promotional sales, sourcing
and product marketing to assist my customers directly with their needs.
Bofors, Inc./ Lithographics 1988 – 2001
Production Manager/Customer Service Manager. Supervised planning, estimating, and scheduling departments; in charge of daily
operations. Set up order entry system to improve effeminacy of job entry including design of new job docket and scheduling system.
Estimator. Estimated for up to eight sales reps; gathered statistical data on jobs and adjusted estimating costs. Assisted programmer
with development and periodic updates of the custom estimating system (including cost updating, establishment of budgeted hourly
costs and some programming).
Account Executive. Developed new customers and serviced existing customers.
National Press/Color Graphics 1987 - 1988
Estimator. Supported six sales reps. Estimating included sheet fed and web printing.
H.S. Crocker 1984 -1987
Plant Superintendent for small web specialty plant in Reno. Completed set up and expansion into 3 shifts, running plant until contract
was lost.
Prep Manager and Project Planner, San Bruno Division (62” to 84” large sheet fed).
Solzer and Hail 1982 - 1984
Account Executive. Sold for one of the premier color separation houses in San Francisco. Worked with the first Scitex system in the
San Francisco Bay Area. Work closely with etching department to learn aspects of color corrections that expanded my
understanding of color make up and corrections beyond visual aspects.
