client for creation of purchase orders ensuring it is issued in accordance for each project scope. Train new
and existing Graphics Technologists in regards of work-flow and Hershey systems. Track cost estimates
to ensure funds are within the allocated budget for projects. Strategic resource for Seasonal redesigns,
whether for assortment bags, merchandising units and Hershey brands. Experienced in executing print
process conversions from conventional printing to ECG (Extended Color Gamut) printing. Accountable
for maintaining and enhancing brand equity among York, Milk Duds, Whoppers, Mounds/Almond Joy,
Skor, Heath, Whatchamacallit, 5th Avenue, Malteser and Zagnut.
Successful take-aways: Integral part of the 2015 Halloween redesign to convert all SKU’s to ECG print-

Target, Sam’s, Costco, CVS, Walgreen’s, Kroger and Safeway as well as other customers. Attend pack-
aging seminars, trade shows and forums representing Menasha Packaging. Provide consultation to the
Hershey customer concerning structural and graphical direction. Responsible for the creation, approval
and release of all item numbers, bill of materials and Hershey production specifications. Responsible for
approving final production art. Attend all first production runs of highly innovative designs at Co-Man-
ufacturing and Co-Packaging facilities. Conduct retail store audits, and present findings to the Hershey
Packaging Department quarterly.
Successful take-aways: Created the first standardized Syrup DRC for Safeway. Created an Ice Break-
ers Half Mod which increased Hershey’s gum and mint sales by 30% at Wal-Mart in one quarter.
