10. Academic History
• I think creative media level 3 first year has been very helpful
this year as I’ve made a music video and trailer which has
drastically improved my skills from nothing to pretty okay.
11. The Future
• In the future I would like to be a field so I think
doing film studies will help me get to them
goals.
12. Outside College
• I workout quite a bit but I don’t see how that
would help, I was poppleton football captain
and now I play for the u19 team, so maybe
leadership skills will help with film studies
directing.
13. Conclusion
• I want to go to University because I would like
to improve my skills more before I start
working.
• I feel like I am a good candidate because I will
give all my effort and hopefully I can do
something that hasn’t been done before.
14. Introduction
• Creative studies and Film Studies. I want to go
to University because I would like to improve
my skills more before I start working.
Editor's Notes
Write a short paragraph about subjects you’ve already studied at school/college that have helped prepare you for your chosen courses at University- level 2 or GCSE level. What did you make? What skills did you learn? Why did this make you want to progress on and study further etc.
What do you want to do in the future (ensure it is related to the subjects you are applying for). How will university help you to achieve that?
What do you do outside college? Any hobbies, part time jobs, client work, volunteer work? How does this make you a better candidate for university study?
Summarise why you want to go to university. What will it help you achieve? Why are you a good candidate?
Keep it short and to the point.
Brief introduction referencing what subject/s (keep general if necessary) you are applying for and briefly why you want to go to university.
