From the brief I was given the target audience is 16 to 24 years old, this allows me to also
identify that this age range is mostly likely to be in some form of education such as
secondary, college , sixth form or university. This allows me to understand that they are
still in some form of education meaning I can use this to many advantage. I will do this by
targeting it towards apps on their mobile phones as they are very popular for teenagers in
some form of education but also computers they use in lessons and outside of school and
how easily distracted they get because of their phone right next to them while they are
trying to work on their school projects. I will try and show how schools used to be and why
cell phones were mainly banned for school property.
For the age range I will be trying to aim more towards the younger generation as I believe
they use it more than the older generation and I think they do not understand social media
and how it is truly runs. Many of them have access to the social media and technology

would want in this form of documentary about the culture of the digital age.

Religion is not a big demographic for the target audience
as the documentary is about culture, but it is more about
how technology has affected the new generation and
younger people were as religion more focuses on gods or
a certain belief.
Income is not a big demographic for the target audience
as many people still have access to mobile phones and
internet, but we are not selling a product we are
informing younger people how social media is truly ran.
Family
Size Gender
Family size is not a big demographic as it does not matter
on the size of the family as I have said that many people
still have access to social media and technology and as
we are not selling a product.
Gender is not a big demographic for the documentary target
audience as the documentary is not entailed for a certain
gender as it is based more towards the age of the target
audience as younger people are the main ones to be
effected by technology.

From other demographics such as religion, income, family size, gender, marital status, occupation and
education they will not play a very big part in the target audience as this product does not have brand to a
certain demographic just the age of the target audience as it will be their generation growing up and relay
too much on technology without knowing the true effect on them.

experiments. This psychographic is
targeted as they like to explore new
trends and experiments and they
would be the perfect group to try
an experiment.
The Aspire - They want status brands
that shows their place in society. They
are happy to invest in luxury goods,
They consider themselves stylish on
trend. This psychographic is targeted
as they like to follow trends and I
believe that this documentary would
be suitable for them as they are more
likely to use this information to spread
it around and look more informed.

Target Audience From the brief I was given the target audience is 16 to 24 years old, this allows me to also identify that this age range is mostly likely to be in some form of education such as secondary, college , sixth form or university. This allows me to understand that they are still in some form of education meaning I can use this to many advantage. I will do this by targeting it towards apps on their mobile phones as they are very popular for teenagers in some form of education but also computers they use in lessons and outside of school and how easily distracted they get because of their phone right next to them while they are trying to work on their school projects. I will try and show how schools used to be and why cell phones were mainly banned for school property. For the age range I will be trying to aim more towards the younger generation as I believe they use it more than the older generation and I think they do not understand social media and how it is truly runs. Religio n Income Religion is not a big demographic for the target audience as the documentary is about culture, but it is more about how technology has affected the new generation and younger people were as religion more focuses on gods or a certain belief. Income is not a big demographic for the target audience as many people still have access to mobile phones and internet, but we are not selling a product we are informing younger people how social media is truly ran. Family Size Gender Family size is not a big demographic as it does not matter on the size of the family as I have said that many people still have access to social media and technology and as we are not selling a product. Gender is not a big demographic for the documentary target audience as the documentary is not entailed for a certain gender as it is based more towards the age of the target audience as younger people are the main ones to be effected by technology. 20XX Target Audience Information 3 From other demographics such as religion, income, family size, gender, marital status, occupation and education they will not play a very big part in the target audience as this product does not have brand to a certain demographic just the age of the target audience as it will be their generation growing up and relay too much on technology without knowing the true effect on them. This psychographic is targeted as they like to explore new trends and experiments and they would be the perfect group to try an experiment. The Aspire - They want status brands that shows their place in society. They are happy to invest in luxury goods, They consider themselves stylish on trend. This psychographic is targeted as they like to follow trends and I believe that this documentary would be suitable for them as they are more likely to use this information to spread it around and look more informed.
