I am a go-getter, love to be challenged in order to improve service to my customers
and to better my knowledge and personally progress forward. I appreciate how each
department correlates within the supply chain so I know how my role affects everyone. I
avoid silo and tribal thinking and work with each department to create a beneficial plan for
the business. I put service first and understanding forecasts and demand and realizing when
they don’t align. I try to determine how to adjust production plans and balance the targets
needed to fufill service levels above a 98%. Aligning in-house production schedules to keep
LC’s filled but not to let product expire. Continuous improvement has always been my goal

2004-Present Weider Nutrition/Schiff Nutrition/Reckitt Benckiser SLC, UT
(2011-Present) Production Planner
• Managed acquired Airborne brand and multiple skus. New plant was created to take away co-pack
production and bring production to SLC, UT. Worked with R&D, project management, validation teams,
operations, procurement and packaging to create new production schedule as well as organized efforts to
build on new presses and equipment in-house. Worked to create new product launches of multiple
Airborne skus. No forecasted or historical data was available after acquisition of brand, worked with

demand planning, marketing and the sales team to create a liquid but viable production plan on a seasonal
brand.
• International production of 25+ skus with an inaccurate forecast, worked with operations and sales to
move these items to BTO and not follow the forecast. Adjusted lead times and created MOQ’s for the
customer in order to not over produce on bulk or bring in extra components for finished goods production,
also to contain WIP held on bulk/tablet production.
• Scheduled bulk and finished good planning weekly to avoid customer cuts to PFR (Pack Fill Rate). Worked
with procurement, operations, production, customer service, transportation and demand planning to
deploy inventory to the four logistic centers, while keeping WOC (Weeks of Cover) in the LC’s between 3-5
weeks to account for swing in demand and unforecasted demand from various customers (i.e..Wal-mart,
Walgreens, Target, Rite-Aid, Costco, Sam’s and BJ Wholesale).
(2009-2011) 3PL customer service representative, 3PL freight coordinator and pricing specialist
• Took on acquired Digestive Advantage brand. Worked with co-packers to ship product to an Ohio 3PL. This
was a new process for the company. I created a made from scratch plan that I owned. Created a way to
transmit EDI orders from SLC to the 3PL, organized LTL, FedEx and dedicated transportation from the 3PL to
customers across the US and Internationally. Measured on-time deliveries and PFR and reported back to
the 3PL and freight carriers to work together to better our performance.
• Managed EDI transmitted pricing on orders from customers. Adjusted and balanced promotional pricing,
freight allowances, rollbacks, and other sales driven promotions to make sure customers were invoiced
correctly.
(2008-2009) Customer Service Representative
• Managed order entry, customer relationships, order fulfilment, carrier tracking and product deliveries
domestically to (i.e.. Costco, Sam’s, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid.
• Managed Weider brand worked with wholesale, big box, and international customer relationships.

personally when managing orders for the Weider brand.
(2006-2008) Inbound – Outbound Transportation Specialist
• Created inbound and outbound schedules to reduce transportation costs to 2%
• Created a load schedule that took into consideration weight and balancing for each truck load. Worked
with carriers to renegotiate freight lanes. Realized some product was sensitive to the seasons and made
sure product was temperature controlled.
(2004-2006) Logistics – Shipping Associate
• Pulled customers’ orders staged product on pallets or deferred to the FedEx center. 100% count after
customer order was pulled to verify accuracy. Loaded product on correct carriers in a safe and timely
manner.
(2002-2004) Old Navy – Customer Service, unloading trucks with deliveries, put stock to shop floor, SLC UT
