Materials Coordinator/Production Planner 1/2015 to present Cott Beverages Ft. Worth, TX
• Work with Regional Planner/Inventory Projection reporting tool to schedule all production runs based on customer need
and production facility requirements.
• Converting regionally planned orders into production facility production orders
• Managing materials requests and scheduling production based on delivery dates to minimize shortages as well as down
time for the facility.
• make critical decisions based on production for further production or to cut production due to forecast inaccuracies
• Coordinate and expedite flow of material in accordance with production and shipping schedules or department
supervisors' priorities. Reviewed production schedules and confers with department supervisors to determine material
required or overdue and to locate material.
• Requisitions material and establishes delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities and anticipated
availability of material. Arranges for in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Examines material delivered to production departments to verify if type specified and within spec..
• Responsible for accumulating and reviewing both program production requirements need dates and supplier delivery
schedules. Investigate reports on material shortages, production problems and supplier delivery problems.
• Highlight significant problems of delayed deliveries, production problems, program shortages and current status to
management daily. Maintain the inventory files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders, and other related

timely and accurate data entry, traffic, inventory control, and purchasing are maintained.
• Ensuring that all relevant paperwork and system input is completed in addition to provision of management reports where
appropriate. Examples include; Delivery Arrival Reports, performance against KPI’s, gap analysis report by item etc.
Also outside the realm of production scheduling and materials coordination, I have helped inventory control to DOMR all
antiquated and unusable raw materials in the Ft. Worth facility as well as helping with the preparation for the year end physical
inventory to be performed as well as organizing the raw materials inventory to better the cleanliness and functionality of the
warehouse for FIFO as well as minimizing possible production errors.
As of December 2015, I also took on the responsibility of the Single Point of Contact here in the Ft. Worth facility to help the Controller
to clear up the financial payments that needed to be made to vendors by account reconciliation as well as purchase order
creation and follow through to payment with our Accounts Payable department.
