the music. When the music stops, the
person holding the chip will answer the
question. You can answer the question by
arranging the jumbled letters.
12. If the teacher says “brain” the learners
will place their hand to their head,
“heart” they will place their hand at chest
level in a heart shape, “touch” the
learners will stretch their hand sideward.

2. What are the types of neuron?
3. What are the parts of the neuron and its function?
1.REQUESTING EVERYONE TO PLEASE RISE FOR A PRAYER.
2. GOOD AFTERNOON 10 – RUTHERFORD.
3. BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN KINDLY ARRANGE YOUR CHAIR PROPERLY.
4. Before we start our class today, let me remind you with our class rules..
(Before mag check attendance idugang) …… and make sure that you are sited with your group so that the flow of our lesson will be smooth.
Every activity that we have will have a corresponding point, so I have here a scoreboard that will record all your point. The accumulated points you will be having at the end of our lesson will be your group score.
Checking of Attendance
Before we proceed to our new lesson, do you still remember our previous lesson?”
That’s great. Let’s check if you still remember it by doing an activity. (click)
Are you ready?
To those holding the chips take a look at the bottom of the chips, whatever the number at the bottom will be the assigned questioned to you.
You really had listened to our previous lesson and it deserves an Aling Dionesia clap.
In order for you to have a glimpse of our lesson today, do you want another activity?
Since you want, we will be playing a game ( click the slide)
I request four (4) students to come here in front to play the game. You who’s in your chairs will help me do some judgements.
Are you ready? Let’s do a trial ….. (1/4 basahon)
Have you enjoyed while just watching the volunteers to follow my commands?”
Now for this time, I’m going to ask you to solve some basic problems in math involving the basic mathematical equation. I’m gonna ask 1 volunteer from each group.
Excellent. That’s it. We will explore now on Nervous System. About its parts, subcomponents, its structures and processes. But before that, let us first
know the objectives that everyone must attain at the end of the lesson. Everyone, kindly read.
The nervous system enables the body to respond quickly to change in the environment by accomplishing its functions. Now, let us find out what are the functions of the nervous system by having this very simple activity which I called “Which is Which!” (next slide)
I will flash two functions then I want you to analyse and determine which among the two functions is the function of the nervous system by raising the emojis.
Ask them what kind of emoji is on the slide?
To learn more about the nervous system, we will have a short video presentation about the Nervous System, try to take the answers for the guide questions so that you will have an idea for the ff. activity.
Together with endocrine system, nervous system maintains the homeostasis in our body by controlling and regulating the other parts of the body like ( basaha sa regulate)
When the nervous system are not functioning organ failure and illnesses may happen. Here are some of the illnesses pertaining to mental health.
To keep our body and nervous system healthy we need to perform a regular exercise, refrain from smoking, get plenty of rest, drink 8 – 10 glasses of water and eat a well balanced diet.
Last October we celebrated the Mental Health Awareness Month . Our school shows support by having the frame in their profile some activities like seminars are conducted by DEPED and school to promote the Mental Health of learners and teachers.
To learn more about the nervous system, let us have a group activity. I prepared envelopes for each group containing the materials and procedures.
Before we proceed to our activity, let us discuss first the rubrics for the activity.
This time, let us play a game entitled “Fact or Bluff”. I will give you sets of statements and youre going to (next slide)
