I am a driven leader, manager, and problem solver. Over the past eight years, I've had the opportunity to plan and
execute logistics and sustainment operations for numerous fast paced and mission critical organizations. I have broad,
hands-on experience and success in project management, employee and risk management, cross-cultural

10/2015 - Present: Battalion Logistics Officer (S4), Ft. Bragg, NC: The logistics manager for the 127th Engineer
Battalion. Directs and prioritizes logistics and maintenance to ensure financial compliance while expanding operational
capability. Collaborates with various headquarters, branches of military service and civilian agencies to sustain
optimized operations and nest them with strategic goals.
Deployed and tracked $30 million of organizational equipment to a Combat Training Center rotation by rail, line-
haul, and air transportation assets.
11/2013 - 10/2015: Company Commander, Ft. Bragg, NC: Commander of 100 Soldiers within a Forward Support
Company capable of deploying worldwide on 18 hours notice to provide maintenance, supply distribution, transportation,
and food service support to 750 personnel within the 127th Engineer Battalion. Directly responsible for the morale and
welfare of all subordinates, their families, an inventory of equipment valued at $11 million dollars, and the logistical
sustainment of the Battalion in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Selected to build and activate the organization from the ground up in November 2013. By focusing on
continuous improvement developed an outstanding organization that exceeded operational benchmarks and
personnel retention goals.
Successfully lead the organization through four grueling Combat Training Center rotations.
Maintained a readiness rate of 95% on the Battalion's $100 million vehicle fleet that is required to be worldwide
deployable on 18 hours notice in support of strategic objectives.
Overcame critical personnel shortfalls by training and developing leaders from within.
08/2013 – 11/2013: Operations Officer, Ft. Bragg, NC: Planner in a sustainment section responsible for the timely,
orderly, and efficient transfer of over $750 million of property associated with the deactivation of 4th Brigade, 82nd
Airborne Division.
Led a four-member team responsible for the creation of a turn-in yard to help facilitate the large volume of
associated property transfers.
Leveraged positive performance to successfully compete for Company Command position.
01/2013 – 07/2013: Full-Time Student, Army Logistics University, Ft. Lee, VA: Graduate of the Combined Logistics
Captains Career Course at the Army Logistics University in FT. Lee, VA. Received extensive training in commodity
management, international multimodal transportation, organizational leadership and peer influence through seminar-
style small group instruction and assigned duties.
Selected to serve as a small group leader responsible for 15 fellow officers and the completion of all group
projects throughout the 13-week logistics phase of the course.
12/2011 – 10/2012: Combined Action Officer-in-Charge, Khost Province, Afghanistan: Leader of a 10-member
team responsible for training, advising, and mentoring the Battalion and Company leadership of an Afghan National
Army Support Battalion by partnering through all phases of operations. Focused our training efforts in medical,
maintenance, transportation, and warehousing operations in support of independent and sustained Afghan lead
operations.
Planned and coordinated over 35 real world Afghan Lead sustainment missions.
Briefed US and International general officers on unit assessment and recommendations for operational
improvements at multiple command levels.
Developed multinational strategic partnerships that bolstered the effectiveness and sustainability of partnered
unit's sustainment operations.
Oversaw and secured three separate contracted support teams, identified and eliminated redundancies
between contracts resulting in increased efficiency.

05/2009 – 12/2011: Distribution Platoon Leader, Maintenance Control Officer, Company Executive Officer,
Assistant Operations Officer, Paktika Province, Afghanistan / JBER, AK:
Completed over 150 deployed sustainment and recovery missions without failure.
Accountable for and maintained a $5 million property inventory.
Provided essential logistical support during the 2009 Afghan Presidential Elections.
Supported eight separate locations with all life support requirements by using ground and air transportation.
Planned, forecasted, and synchronized scheduled maintenance tasks to maintain readiness while supporting
operational and training requirements.
Edited and published Battalion's maintenance standard operating procedure.
Reestablished stateside maintenance operations following a yearlong deployment to Afghanistan.

dynamic group that would lead K-12 school assemblies on positive character attributes by using a portable rock wall as
a training aid for students to apply traits such as courage and perseverance while climbing.
