3. Shots - For majority of my music video it is going to be made to look like a
one shot as we follow the character in the music video around his house
as he try's to figure out what happened the night before. From the start of
the video to the time 1:57 the camera will constantly be in front of the
character as he walks around the house. The from 1:57 it will quickly
rewind to where the video started to see him walk around the house again
but this one with have a few cut a ways of different things around the
house. Then when it gets to the time 3:32 it will rewind further to show
freeze fames of different things that happened the night before. Then
after all the freeze fames at the time 5:21 when there is a click it will fast
forward to where the video started by finding the character laying in the
floor.
Look & Feel/Colour – My music video will be colour graded blue as the
album cover has a blue colour pallet so this links the video to the album
cover. The blue also creates a sadder mood for the video.
Lighting – The lighting for my video will be quite bright lighting as my
music video is set mid day a the character in the video awakens for his
sleep. The end of the music video is set at night though so the lighting will
be much dark or made to look like house lighting.
Mise-en-scene – For majority of my scenes the background will have
empty bear bottles and cans in the background as it is the morning after a
party.
