6. The Debrecen International Airport ( IATA: DEB )
DEB airport has been long in operations since the 1940s, and was a shared
public and military airport, part of the Warsaw Pact Strategic Air Command.
Operated for 75 years by Xanga Group since 2011.

7. Warehouses of Debrecen Airport
In Xanga investment, 25.000 sqm class A, big box warehouse has already
been developed at the airport. The installments can be divided in 1000 sqm
sections, include covered railport and air cargo facility. That building was erected
by the apron, having air side and road side access. This allows future air cargo
expansion already. Future office building and new boxes are yet to come. The
area aims to serve major LSP-s and forwarders.

permits allow the
development of bonded
warehouses.
8. Container yard of Debrecen Airport
As own infra investment, a 4 hectare plot was appointed for container terminal
development within the airport teritory. Currently 1.2 hectare is ready-made for
container yard. Connecting roads and office location is currently developing, as
well as truck parking lots and drivers’ base.
An industrial track connects the airport to the MAV main station of Debrecen,
class D axle weight, 1435mm gauge, non-electrified, 2 kms long. Inside rail
network is overhauled, and put into operation by transport authority.
2 overhauled reach stackers are rented from Austria with kombi-spreader.
Handling of 20’ / 40’ / 45’ / Huckepack is possible.

10. The Eastern Connect train and its connections
Xanga Group member Saigo Logistic Ltd has contracted Gysev-Cargo
(Raaberbahn) to launch its very own multimodal container shuttle service from
Q1/2015. The network will connect Debrecen Airport Terminal to main hubs:
Budapest TCT terminal and Wiencont. 2 x weekly requency with 74 TEU train is
planned, 20’ / 40’ / 45’ / OT containers and high cubes, later Huckepack.

Barges up to 1000 tonnes ( individual ) may
navigate all the way to Tiszaujvaros
